Translation Empire takes all negative feedback and complaints received very seriously.  We will strictly investigate, get to the source of the problem and resolve the matter most swiftly & appropriately. We have a stringent complaints procedure in place to assure you that your complaint has been acknowledged, investigation initiated and end result reported to yourselves, within 14 days of the date received.

Here at Translation Empire, we take pride in our customer services; this is why, Customer service and Customer care is at the Heart of the services we provide.  We aim to deliver excellence in all our services to customers and provide easy, multiple choices of access channels to services through means of face to face, over the telephone, e-mail, website and text messages (SMS).   Due to our strict ‘Customer First’ policy we are occasionally obliged to contact your organisation and speak to the service users in order to monitor and maintain high client satisfaction standards. We continuously strive to improve our services and thus regularly monitor customer satisfaction through various levels of feedback i.e. surveys and questionnaires.

ü  Ensure all lights are switched off at the end of working day

ü  We encourage re-use and recycling and avoid unnecessary waste

Operational

ü  We encourage all clients to make online bookings at every opportunity to reduce paper wastage

ü  We encourage use of mail shots and email facilities for correspondence rather than postage

ü  Use double sided printing wherever possible

ü  Use unwanted printed paper for subsequent use

ü  Only print where necessary

ü  Shred all documents and have paper recycled

ü  We encourage all employees to evaluate ways to make their homes more energy-efficient

Electronics

ü  We do not leave I.T. Equipment on standby if not in use

ü  Shut down and unplug equipment at the end of the day

Travel

ü  Try to use public transport where necessary

ü   Encourage interpreters to use public transport on short journeys

ü  Car share where possible to reduce carbon footprint

Translation Empire has implemented and established an Occupational health and safety management system to identify, record, control and eliminate or minimise risks to personnel and other interested parties who could be exposed to OH&S hazards associated with its activities.

We have obtained the ISO9001 Quality Assurance, Customer First Standard, Investors in People standards and are members of both the Association of Translation Companies (ATC) and Institute of Translators and Interpreters (ITI)

Translation Empire is an approved member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) and employs only professional linguists with not only the right qualifications but a cultural and technical background in your industry.

Most of our linguistics translate into their mother tongue and are specialist on the subject of the source assignment. All our linguists are put through rigorous recruitment process and confidentiality is guaranteed. Our linguists are the backbone of our company’s success, therefore we pay particular attention deploying, retaining and investing in the right people.

Our quality assurance in employment and delivery ensures that all our associates have a Criminal Record Bureau (CRB) clearance. They are bound by a strict ‘Professional Code of Conduct’, which includes confidentiality and all associates are obliged to carry Translation Empire photo ID cards.
