At Language Empire we have a company advisor who has more than 30 years experience in the field of managing Interpretation and Translation Services. We also have 4 staff all experienced with providing Interpretation and Translation Services.
We also have up to 10 freelance staff who also have experience in management in the provision of Interpretation and translation Services to mainly public sector organisations.
We aim to implement all our company policies such as Recruitment, Equal opportunities, Environmental policy in order to sustain our company to the highest levels.
We aim to ensure all our staff have recognised qualifications and are equipped with information relevant to the assignment they carry out. All our staff are provided with the Professional Code of Conduct which is highly recognised by UK and International Standards.

We aim to achieve our finances, should the need arise by adopting a factoring facility which allows us access to finance as soon as the invoices is issued. Furthermore, we aim to develop our credit with our banker and to keep our baking in order and to reduce baking costs by using on-line banking rather than the old cheque system.
